As a Store Team Lead, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and top-tier service daily. Your responsibilities will encompass managing store opening and closing activities, training team members on products and promotions, and driving daily sales targets aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service following the C.H.A.R.M. service framework.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere where ideas, suggestions, and concerns are openly shared.
  • Manage and prioritize store operations to meet deadlines and ensure follow-up on daily tasks.
  • Gain experience in various store areas including customer service, product expertise, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Assist team in executing retail functions such as point-of-sale operations, stock replenishment, pricing adjustments, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  • Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to enhance sales performance and achieve personal KPIs.
  • Comply with company asset protection policies, focusing on theft prevention, inventory accuracy, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational background of at least A Level or Diploma preferred.
  • Three to four years of retail experience, preferably with prior leadership roles.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for interaction across multiple organizational levels.
  • Availability for rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and email, plus capability to use retail POS systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with enthusiasm for motivating and achieving team results.
  • Strong drive to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
