Store Sales Associate

As a Store Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, providing excellent service, and supporting the store's goals alongside a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service following the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Comply with Crocs Asset Protection policies, focusing on preventing shortages, controlling inventory, and maintaining procedural adherence.
• Lead by example and partner with Store Management to enhance performance through sales-driven methods.
• Assist in day-to-day retail operations including managing Point of Sale (POS) systems, restocking inventory, handling pricing and markdowns, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in various store departments such as customer service, product awareness and placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Contribute actively to creating a positive team atmosphere by sharing ideas and feedback.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Senior Secondary School Year 12 or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in retail.
• Fluent English speakers preferred; additional languages are advantageous.
• Availability for rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email; capable of operating retail Point of Sale systems.
• Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing retail setting.
• Physical ability to climb ladders with merchandise and lift items around 15kg daily, possibly with assistance.

Salary Range: 23.56 to 30.29 AUD per hour. This range is reflective of local market conditions and may vary by location but always meets or exceeds local minimum wage laws.
