Role Overview

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to support our Store Manager in Stuttgart. This pivotal role involves overseeing all retail store operations and guaranteeing exceptional customer service that aligns with POP MART's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth functioning of all processes.
  • Provide superior customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Train and guide sales personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor merchandise inventory and coordinate with merchandising and management teams to ensure timely restocking.
  • Control inventory discrepancies and implement theft prevention measures.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and appealing environment.
  • Execute daily cash register opening and closing procedures.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  • Assist in recruitment, performance evaluation, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and sales reporting.
  • Be flexible to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent German speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Previous leadership experience with a track record of managing or supervising a team.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and structured in approach.
  • Competent in administrative duties like duty scheduling and reporting.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong team player who motivates others through enthusiasm and positive energy.

Additional Preferences

  • Experience in the toy industry or retail segments related to pop culture is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with the European retail market is a plus.
  • Interest or knowledge about designer toys, art toys, or collectibles is desirable.
