Company Overview
POP MART, established in 2010, is a leading brand specializing in creative collectables within the designer toys industry. With a firm commitment to artist support, intellectual property management, and celebrating designer toys globally, we operate a comprehensive platform covering the entire designer toy value chain. Our distinctive brands such as Molly, Hirono, Skullpanda, and LABUBU, along with collaborations with Disney, Universal Studios, and Sanrio, produce unique art toys with cult status. Our European presence spans the UK, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, and we are continuously expanding our retail footprint to engage more fans of the designer toy culture.

- Create an engaging customer experience with a focus on maximizing the "experience per square meter" KPI.
- Execute promotions, product launches, events, and CRM campaigns professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics such as visitor frequency, average transaction size, and conversion rates to refine strategies alongside the Store Manager.
- Act as the store lead during the Store Manager's absence, embracing full responsibility.
- Recognize and uphold the accountability inherent in the Assistant Store Manager role.
Candidate Profile
- Experience managing teams, preferably within fast-paced and international retail environments.
- Proficient in administrative duties including staff scheduling.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Proactive, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
Desirable Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
- Background in the toy industry or retail sectors related to pop culture.

- 30 days of paid vacation annually based on a five-day workweek.
- A transparent, performance-driven bonus structure.
- Monthly exclusive POP MART toy gifts as a token of appreciation.
- Extensive training and professional development programs.
- Frequent team-building events and social gatherings.
