Job description

Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for directing all aspects of daily retail activities, including visual merchandising, staffing, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive store operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
  • Inspire, lead, and mentor the store team to accomplish business targets.
  • Participate in merchandising, unloading shipments, and stocking merchandise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and effectively handle complex customer issues.
  • Maintain consistent visual merchandising quality throughout the store.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and enforce safety procedures.
  • Handle all cash operations including opening and closing the store.
  • Deliver employee performance assessments and delegate daily responsibilities.
  • Oversee recruitment and staff performance management.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in retail management and supervising a team.
  • Availability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and sound decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving retail environment.
