Store Manager

Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the retail outlet, ensuring adherence to company standards across visual merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all store operations ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store personnel to meet performance targets.
• Assist with merchandising efforts, including stocking and unpacking daily deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve challenging situations effectively.
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising quality and standards.
• Ensure store safety protocols and cleanliness are upheld.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and manage store opening and closing duties.
• Deliver performance evaluations and assign tasks to team members.
• Supervise hiring processes and manage employee performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in retail combined with team management capabilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
