Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for managing daily retail operations, ensuring all store activities comply with company policies and standards. Key duties include overseeing visual merchandising, recruitment, staff training, scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct overall store operations and guarantee adherence to company guidelines.
- Lead, motivate, and cultivate the store team to meet business objectives.
- Support merchandising activities, including stocking and unpacking shipments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while managing complex customer concerns.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards consistently.
- Ensure the store environment is safe and clean at all times.
- Manage cash operations and handle store opening and closing procedures.
- Provide performance assessments and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Oversee hiring and staff performance management processes.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in retail and team leadership roles.
- Availability during day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Strong communication and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective leadership qualities and skills in problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and excel within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
