Job description
Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily retail activities, ensuring adherence to company standards in visual merchandising, recruitment, training, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
Key Daily Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations, guaranteeing compliance with company policies.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to meet performance objectives.
- Support merchandising efforts, including unpacking and stocking products from daily shipments.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address complex customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards within the store environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are consistently followed.
- Handle cash procedures along with store opening and closing duties.
- Deliver timely performance feedback and delegate assignments to team members.
- Oversee hiring processes and manage employee performance evaluations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in retail combined with team management.
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Exceptional communication and sound decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
