About the Role

The Store Manager at Spencer's is tasked with delivering exceptional Guest Services and overseeing full store operations. This role involves promoting sales growth and ensuring profitability by effectively managing expenses, shrinkage, staff, merchandising, and inventory control aligned with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between $24.85 and $25.10, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements and Physical Demands

Applicants must be at least 21 years old. The position requires standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily. Prior retail management experience is mandatory.
