Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) systems across the site.
  • Upgrade and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for enhanced digital maintenance management.
  • Oversee inventory management including critical spare parts, ensuring appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained.
  • Lead Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects by managing commissioning activities and coordinating with external vendors for new production lines.
  • Supervise a lean technical team onsite and manage relationships with external engineering contractors.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with safety protocols, particularly Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and maintain readiness for audits such as BRC and Safefood certifications.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA) with comprehensive expertise in industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proven success in transitioning factory maintenance operations from reactive to proactive methodologies.
  • Possession of a technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
