Position Summary
The Senior Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure optimal store operations, focusing on guest services, sales growth, staff development, expense and shrink control, merchandising, and inventory management. This role demands leadership in managing day-to-day store functionality aligned with company policies and maximizing profitability.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges between $21.60 and $21.85, influenced by qualifications and experience. Work Schedule and Physical Requirements
