Job Overview
The Senior Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the overall store operations to drive sales and profitability. This position entails managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining merchandising standards, and overseeing inventory controls, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly wage for this role ranges from 21.60 to 21.85 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience. Work Conditions & Requirements
This role requires working up to 38 hours weekly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. The position demands physical stamina, including standing or walking for over eight hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience is mandatory.
