Store Manager - Spencer's

Position Summary

The Store Manager at Spencer's is tasked with leading and maintaining outstanding guest services while efficiently managing all facets of store operations. This role involves maximizing sales and profitability by controlling costs, minimizing shrinkage, managing staff, overseeing merchandising, and maintaining inventory in line with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage between $23.00 and $23.25 based on qualifications and experience
