Overview

The Store Manager role at Spencer's involves the leadership and management of store operations to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage between $24.60 and $24.85, based on qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements and Conditions

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Physical requirements include over 8 hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Previous retail management experience is mandatory.
