Store Manager - Spencer's

Position Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for leading and sustaining excellent Guest Services, overseeing store operations to maximize sales and profitability. This involves managing expenses, reducing inventory shrinkage, handling human resources, merchandising, and inventory controls while complying with all company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay ranges from $18.98 to $19.23, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include company-paid sick leave, paid vacation and holidays, bereavement and jury duty pay. Job Requirements and Conditions

Applicants must be at least 21 years old. The role requires physical stamina with over 8 hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in retail management is mandatory.
