About the Role

Panda Express is seeking skilled leaders to join its store management team at its Kailua, HI location. As a Store Manager, you will oversee all store operations, including recruiting, directing team members, achieving financial targets, and ensuring top-tier guest service. This role offers an immersive 8+ week leadership training to equip you for success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of one Panda Express store.
• Hire, mentor, and lead associates to meet financial and service objectives.
• Create an engaging environment delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles if needed.
• Availability to work varied schedules including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possession of Serve Safe food safety certification.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements (ADA Statement)

• Work involves exposure to heated areas with steam and food vapors.
• Tasks require standing for prolonged periods, handling kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand up to four hours consecutively.
• Operate in fast-paced, noisy kitchen spaces with limited storage.
• Demonstrate effective verbal communication and adaptability under shifting priorities.
• Manage conflicts and challenging situations professionally.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $28 to $31, determined by factors such as location and experience. Bonus programs are discretionary and may be modified without notice.
