Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Motivate and inspire colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers find the right products to meet their needs.
- Maintain current promotions and ensure stock availability aligns with customer demand.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with proven experience as a store manager in a retail setting. A proactive, can-do attitude is non-negotiable in this role. Familiarity with business financials, including working with key performance indicators and achieving targets, is essential. Strong recruitment skills are valued, with the ability to recognize talent and develop individuals.
