Key Qualifications

• At least three years of retail or customer service management experience, or four or more years of U.S. military service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven success in a sales-driven environment
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor colleagues professionally
• Possess a minimum of a High School diploma or GED

Employment Eligibility and Scheduling

• Must provide legal documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the country
• Availability for full-time work, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
