• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess legal documentation authorizing employment within Canada.
• Availability to work full-time hours exceeding 40 per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from 52600 to 63050 CAD, with compensation adjusted based on location, experience, and internal equity. Eligible employees may also participate in bonus schemes and receive annual bean stock grants reflecting their impact and contributions.
