Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will lead your team to meet and surpass store goals while promoting a safe work environment. You will motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring shoppers find the right products and that stock levels and promotions are maintained accurately.
Candidate Profile
We seek experienced store managers with a positive, proactive attitude crucial for retail success. Familiarity with business financials, KPI targets, and the ability to recruit and nurture team talent are essential qualities for candidates.
