Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have prior experience as a store manager within retail and possess a proactive, can-do approach essential for this sector. Familiarity with business finance—in particular, working with and achieving KPIs—is required. The ability to recruit and nurture talent, recognizing potential in individuals and supporting their growth, is also important.
