As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and play a crucial role in your store’s achievements. Leading by example, you will inspire and guide a diverse team towards meeting vital targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and coach your team to do the same.
• Take ownership of achieving daily, weekly, and annual store goals, ensuring your team understands their tasks each shift.
• Analyze store performance regularly and execute action plans while communicating any difficulties.
• Manage store opening and closing routines in collaboration with key holders, strictly following security protocols.
• Create and manage staff schedules effectively.
• Oversee inventory control and implement measures to reduce stock loss.
• Engage in coaching and mentoring staff through frequent one-to-one sessions, performance monitoring, and recognition of accomplishments.
• Recruit team members with talent, passion, and spark, understanding their impact on overall store success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated management talent from prior experience as an assistant or store manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong passion for teamwork and the ability to nurture and develop team members to deliver exceptional results.
• A strategic thinker who enjoys managing day-to-day store operations hands-on.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficient in interpreting and utilizing key performance indicators such as sales, service standards, and profit and loss.
• Possess a commercial mindset with understanding of daily store operations.
• Flexibility regarding work scheduling.
