About The Role

This full-time position is based in Manchester, England, with a permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £32,013 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team by setting an example in customer service and sales.
• Manage daily, weekly, and annual store targets while ensuring your team understands their objectives for each shift.
• Analyze store performance regularly, addressing any issues and implementing action plans.
• Oversee store opening and closing processes, complying with security protocols and involving key holders.
• Organize and prepare staff rotas for efficient workforce management.
• Manage inventory closely to minimize stock loss and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coach and mentor team members through routine one-on-one meetings, performance checks, and celebrating accomplishments.
• Recruit team members with the right talent and passion to strengthen store performance.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in management roles such as assistant or store manager within fast-paced retail settings.
• Strong passion for team development and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to think strategically and manage daily hands-on operations effectively.
• Proficiency in interpreting key performance indicators including sales, service quality, and profit and loss management.
• Commercial awareness related to store operations.
• Flexibility with working schedules.
