Role Overview
As a Store Manager at Wickes, you play a vital role with excellent potential for career progression. We seek an accomplished leader who excels in team management and workload organization. Prioritizing safety for both your team and yourself is paramount. You will focus on creating outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers find the right products and that promotions and stock levels are properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate your team to meet store targets.
- Inspire colleagues to deliver strong customer service and meet individual needs.
- Oversee stock availability and the accuracy of promotional displays.
Candidate Profile
The ideal individual will have previous experience as a store manager in retail, with a proactive "can do" attitude essential for success. You must have knowledge of financial business metrics, including KPI tracking and target achievement. Experience in recruiting and developing team members by recognizing their potential will be highly valued.
