Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail store operations ensuring alignment with company policies, including visual merchandising, staff management, scheduling, and inventory oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of store functions while ensuring adherence to company regulations.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to meet organizational objectives.
- Assist in merchandising, replenishing stock, and managing daily shipments.
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle challenging customer issues effectively.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
- Ensure that the store environment remains safe and clean at all times.
- Manage cash handling and oversee store opening and closing procedures.
- Give constructive feedback on employee performance and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Oversee recruitment and performance management of store staff.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in retail management and team leadership.
- Availability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills coupled with sound decision-making capability.
- Proven leadership abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- Capability to multitask, organize priorities, and excel in a dynamic environment.
