Seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily retail store activities, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer service in the jewellery sector. This position involves driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining store standards to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday store operations for seamless functioning.
• Motivate and lead store team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Enhance store revenue by driving and achieving sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, managing esteemed clients effectively.
• Supervise inventory control, stock movements, and merchandising practices.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, billing procedures, and standard operating protocols.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve escalations with professionalism.
• Compile and submit daily and weekly sales performance reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Store Manager within jewellery retail.
• Proficient in both Hindi and English languages.
• Strong understanding of jewellery products and sales methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client handling capabilities.
• Sales oriented with a determination to grow store revenue.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 50,000 and 60,000 INR.
