Area Store Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned retail professional to join one of India's top eyewear brands as an Area Store Manager. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent sales acumen, and outstanding customer service skills to drive the store's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, increase store conversion rates, and meet overall business goals.
• Lead and inspire the store team to enhance performance and motivation.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience reflected in high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory control and cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensure compliance, and maintain operational excellence.
• Oversee staffing, create shift schedules, and monitor the store's performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Store Manager.
• Graduates should have a minimum of 4 years of overall professional experience.
• Undergraduates are expected to have at least 6 years of overall experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills along with effective communication and strong customer service abilities.
• Proven capability to manage teams and execute business plans efficiently.

Additional Information

• Shift timing: Any 9-hour window between 10 AM and 10 PM.
• Work schedule: 6 days per week with rotational days off.
• Location: Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
