Job description
Overview
We are seeking a competent Store Incharge to oversee daily operations at our eyewear retail outlet in Vishakhapatnam. The role carries an attractive salary package of up to 7.5 lakh per annum and requires a minimum of 2 years' prior experience as a Store Manager or in a similar capacity.
Primary Duties
- Handle the day-to-day functioning and management of the eyewear store efficiently.
- Meet and surpass predefined monthly sales and revenue goals set for the store.
- Guide, coach, and encourage the sales personnel to enhance their productivity and results.
- Track and analyze sales key performance indicators for both individual members and the sales team as a whole.
- Maintain superior standards of customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide assistance to customers in choosing appropriate frames, lenses, sunglasses, and related eyewear merchandise.
