About the Role

Responsibilities and Leadership
- Direct and inspire team members to provide superior service and craft quality coffee moments.
- Create an environment that encourages community connection and joy within the store.
Candidate Profile
- Bring three years or more of retail or customer service management experience, or alternatively, four-plus years of U.S. military service.
- Possess strong skills in organization, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit oriented towards sales.
- Exhibit mature leadership qualities to coach and guide team members effectively.
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or GED.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with valid documentation.
- Able to work full time, which includes exceeding 40 hours per week and adapting to early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
