Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Bring at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or have completed over 4 years of US Military service.
- Exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills essential for effective leadership.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a background in sales-oriented environments.
- Possess excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to coach and mentor team members with professionalism.
- Minimum educational requirement of a High School diploma or GED.
- Provide legal documentation verifying your identity and eligibility for employment in the applicable country.
- Commit to full-time work, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, including shifts during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
