Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Bring at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or have completed over 4 years of US Military service.
• Exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills essential for effective leadership.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a background in sales-oriented environments.
• Possess excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to coach and mentor team members with professionalism.
• Minimum educational requirement of a High School diploma or GED.
• Provide legal documentation verifying your identity and eligibility for employment in the applicable country.
• Commit to full-time work, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, including shifts during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation for this role is determined based on multiple factors including experience, knowledge, location, and internal equity, and typically new hires are not placed at the highest pay scale for the position.
