Candidate Profile

• At least three years of management experience within retail or customer service sectors.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and coach team members professionally.
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is mandatory.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, which often exceeds 40 hours weekly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical salary range for this role is CAD 57,300 to 76,050 annually. Actual compensation will be influenced by your experience, skills, and alignment with internal salary equity. Eligible employees may also partake in a bonus program and receive annual stock grants.
