Store Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Store Manager at The Belgian Waffle Co. to oversee and manage comprehensive store operations within a bustling Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. The role requires ensuring efficient daily functioning, boosting customer satisfaction, driving sales goals, and enhancing team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and shift scheduling.
• Lead, train, and supervise store staff to meet service and operational excellence benchmarks.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and consistently meet or exceed store targets through effective team leadership and quality customer interactions.
• Ensure adherence to food quality standards, hygiene protocols, safety guidelines, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Address any customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Control stock levels, minimize wastage, manage ordering processes, and collaborate with vendors and supply teams for seamless inventory management.
• Generate operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance.
• Liaise with Human Resources and Operations departments for manpower planning, recruitment, employee attendance tracking, and performance management.

Additional Information

The monthly salary range for this position is between 22,000 and 28,000 INR. The job is located onsite in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
