Job Overview
As a Team Member at The Belgian Waffle Co, you will be responsible for a variety of food service tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction at the Kolkata location.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out standard food preparation duties such as making waffles and adding garnishes according to set procedures.
- Efficiently take customer orders and provide clear, accurate details about menu offerings.
- Prepare menu items following recipes provided by the store manager to maintain consistency and quality.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the register accurately during customer payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning both the store and its immediate surroundings.
Compensation
