Job description
Customer Interaction
Greet patrons warmly, assist them in understanding the menu options, efficiently take orders, and create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Beverage and Food Handling
Prepare and serve premium-quality coffee and other drinks, while also helping with simple food preparation tasks. Ensure all hygiene protocols are strictly followed during all preparation processes.
Cleanliness and Sanitation
Maintain cleanliness at the service counter, seating areas, and restrooms. Clean and sanitize dining tables promptly after customers leave and adhere to all applicable food safety guidelines.
Billing and Payment Management
Accurately handle billing operations, processing transactions through the billing counter and managing cash or digital payments effectively.
Stock and Equipment Oversight
Keep track of ingredient supplies and promptly alert management when stocks are running low. Regularly clean and maintain equipment such as espresso machines and related tools.
