About the Store Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Taubmans store located at the Joondalup Trade Centre, Western Australia. This is a full-time, permanent role operating Monday to Saturday. A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to enhance skills and performance.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with trade and retail customers within the local community.
• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and improving sales.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee operational performance efficiently.
• Maintain workplace safety, compliance, and orderliness.
• Develop a positive, accountable, and customer-centric culture in the store.
• Enhance the store's reputation and presence in the Joondalup area.

• Previous experience in retail, trade, hardware, or building product environments preferred but not essential.
• Experience with paint products is a plus; training will be provided.
