Role Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
• Develop and lead your team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service
• Drive sales growth and meet set departmental and overall store KPIs
• Coordinate the launch of catalogue marketing campaigns
• Implement visual merchandising initiatives and maintain store standards
• Oversee daily stock recovery and replenishment processes
• Lead stock integrity projects to enhance departmental profitability
• Handle large volumes of stock management and timely movement

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in managing retail stores is preferred
• Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in visual merchandising and setting up store activities
• Physically prepared to manage large quantities of stock and maintain required work pace
• Possession of an ownership mindset towards store performance and improvement
• A motivating and passionate leadership style that energizes the team
• Strong resilience and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Capability to interpret and act upon reports such as sales figures, top-selling products, and profit and loss statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Competent in the use of IT tools and software
• Either First Aid certified or willing to undergo fully funded training
