Role Responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee life cycle effectively
• Develop and lead the team to provide outstanding customer service
• Drive sales growth while meeting departmental and store key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Oversee the launch of catalogue campaigns
• Implement visual merchandising and maintain store standards
• Ensure daily stock recovery and replenishment activities
• Maintain stock integrity initiatives to boost departmental profitability
• Handle management and movement of high volumes of stock

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Preferable experience in retail store management
• Strong skills in time management and multitasking
• Experience with visual merchandising and store activity setups
• Physically capable of handling large stock volumes and maintaining operational pace
• Demonstrates an owner’s mindset toward store operations
• Possesses a passionate and inspiring attitude to motivate the team
• Resilient, innovative, and able to solve problems effectively
• Competent in reviewing and acting on reports such as sales, top sellers, and profit and loss statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in IT applications
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete full employer-funded training
