Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead team members effectively to ensure efficient store operations.
• Timely receiving and replenishment of stock within the store.
• Assist with visual merchandising tasks to maintain attractive product displays.
• Manage daily stock inventory coordination to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support various business areas as needed for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience handling high-volume stock receiving processes.
• Previous experience supervising small teams in back dock operations.
• Motivated, hardworking, and capable of multitasking with clear communication.
• Proactive in setting goals and planning ahead to achieve objectives.
• Strong time management skills, delegation capability, and diligent follow-up.
• Physical ability to lift over 15kg, bend, and safely use ladders without restrictions.
