Role Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Oversee stock recovery on a daily basis within your department.
• Meet and drive sales growth and department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and lead your team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Set a positive example for the team across all functions.
• Manage large volumes of stock efficiently.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards for your department.
• Plan and execute catalogue campaign launches.
• Champion stock integrity initiatives aimed at boosting departmental profitability.

Candidate Profile

• Preferable experience in retail leadership.
• Strong skills in time management.
• Experience in visual merchandising is desirable.
• Physically capable of handling significant stock volumes and maintaining a fast work pace.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for department performance.
• A passionate attitude that motivates and inspires the team.
• Resilient and innovative in addressing challenges.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Competency in IT usage.
• First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain training funded by the company.
