Role Overview
The Store Manager role at Showcase ignites your entrepreneurial drive. As a leader, you will manage, motivate, and inspire your team while driving top-line sales growth and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will report directly to the District Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and expert knowledge of store products.
- Create a lively and interactive store environment, including organizing product demonstrations.
- Ensure the team achieves sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain adherence to company standards across all store operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of management experience within a retail setting.
- Strong customer service focus paired with effective and engaging communication abilities.
- Ability to coach and inspire team members to excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with demonstrations considered a plus.
- A fun and energetic personality is essential.
