Role Overview

As a Baker in our retail bakery, you will deliver warm, professional service under the guidance of the Bakery Manager. You'll prepare baked goods for customer sale and help foster a lively, engaging atmosphere for both coworkers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer attentive and friendly customer service tailored to customer needs.
• Manage bakery administrative tasks effectively.
• Prepare and produce baked products for retail sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery production area.
• Support training efforts for new bakery staff members.
• Comply with and enforce all company policies and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess foundational knowledge of bakery operations.
• Demonstrate ability to work both independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least three months of relevant experience in a bakery setting.
