• Provide attentive and helpful customer service to satisfy customer requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area consistently.
• Manage and process customer bakery orders accurately.
• Execute merchandising programs and ensure appropriate product display.
• Handle bakery goods properly and assist with their preparation.
• Actively promote bakery products to boost store sales.
• Support the development and training of junior team members.
• Order and receive bakery stock in line with company inventory management policies.
• Process and manage department shrinkage efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment according to company standards.
