Role Overview

As an In Store Bakery Cake Decorator at Safeway Canada in Lethbridge, Alberta, you will provide excellent customer service while preparing special bakery orders and maintaining the self-serve and fresh bakery cases. You will actively support a workplace culture centered on both employee and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional service to customers ensuring their needs are met.
• Prepare and fulfill special cake and bakery orders accurately.
• Manage and assemble items in the self-serve bakery cases.
• Oversee inventory supplies to maintain product availability.
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Provide assistance across other bakery or store departments as required.
• Comply with all company standards, policies, and safety regulations.
• Complete administrative tasks linked to bakery operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to work effectively and independently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Completion of at least partial high school education.
• A minimum of three months of relevant work experience.
