About the Role
Join Pandora as a Store Manager in Galway, where you will be fully responsible for your store's overall success, including sales growth, profitability, and operational standards. You will inspire and lead your team to create outstanding shopping experiences that reflect Pandora’s brand values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store sales, profitability, and all aspects of store performance effectively.
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and implement strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service both in-store and through omnichannel services like click & collect and endless aisle.
- Motivate your team to excel in product knowledge and sales techniques, delivering superior customer engagement.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect Pandora’s brand identity consistently.
- Translate business objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Create efficient store scheduling aligning commercial priorities with operational demands.
- Develop a flexible, high-achieving team culture that adapts to business changes.
- Oversee stock control processes to reduce loss and boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, security, data privacy, and company policies.
- Act as a role model embodying Pandora’s core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering, fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Conduct ongoing coaching and performance management to cultivate a high-performance team.
- Identify and nurture development opportunities for team members, preparing future leaders.
- Lead recruitment, retention, and succession planning for key roles within the store.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success in driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence within retail, preferably in customer-centric or premium brand environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing motivated teams.
- Commercially savvy with proficiency in using data to identify actionable insights and improve store results.
- Capable of aligning local and global business strategies with store-level operational plans and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to meet evolving business needs.
- Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and loyalty building.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to Pandora’s products and values.
