Role Overview
As the Store Manager, you will oversee the complete functioning of our Express Store. You will lead the team, ensure smooth operations, tackle challenges on site, and guarantee every order is delivered accurately, punctually, and meets quality standards expected by our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily smooth and efficient store operations.
- Keep inventory precise, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure all processes are strictly followed.
- Analyze performance metrics of the store to spot gaps and implement improvements.
- Lead, inspire, mentor, and grow both in-store and last-mile delivery teams.
- Guarantee that orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.
- Make swift and thoughtful decisions to eliminate operational bottlenecks before they affect customers or business.
