About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Toowoomba. This role involves leading day-to-day retail operations and inspiring a high-performing team to exceed targets while ensuring outstanding customer service. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be the key support responsible for the operational success of the store.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and coaching the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with Pandora's standards.
- Manage store operations including stock management, security, scheduling, and monitoring sales performance.
- Assume full responsibility for store trading and operations when the Store Manager is absent.
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, effectively managing team positioning and sales floor dynamics.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Pandora’s luxury hand-crafted products and help develop the team’s product expertise.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in driving sales and profitability within retail environments, preferably with leading brands or desirable consumer products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and coach a motivated, high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to adapt to business changes.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for Pandora products and adherence to company values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
