We are looking for an organised, proactive, and results-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our Warringah Mall store team. You will be the brand ambassador and key operational support to the Store Manager, ensuring the store's commercial success through effective daily management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the retail team to meet sales targets while demonstrating exemplary Pandora customer service.
• Manage retail operations including stock control, enforcing store procedures, optimizing team workflow, overseeing store security, creating staff rotas, and monitoring sales performance.
• Run the store efficiently and lead trading activities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain a strong presence on the retail floor, managing team positioning and influencing sales dynamics.
• Become a Pandora product expert through comprehensive training, nurturing team development and unlocking their full potential.
