Key Responsibilities

• Support and partner with the Store Manager to lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve sales targets, providing exceptional Pandora customer service.
• Oversee daily retail operations including stock management, adherence to store procedures, staff scheduling, and sales performance tracking.
• Manage store security and ensure operational excellence during the Store Manager's absence.
• Maintain a visible retail floor presence, coordinating the team’s engagement on the sales floor to maximize customer interaction and sales conversion.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge through training to become a Pandora expert and guide team member growth and potential.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in retail sales and profitability enhancement, preferably within luxury or consumer product sectors.
• Proven ability to cultivate a team culture centered on excellent customer service.
• Strong communication talents to effectively coach and inspire a high-performing team.
• Adaptable with a flexible approach to meet evolving business demands.
