About the Role
Join H&T Group Ltd as a Store Manager located in Hull and lead a team dedicated to delivering superb customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. As a prominent pawnbroker and one of the UK's top jewellery and watch sellers, we provide a positive workplace that values diversity, supports professional development, and recognizes every team member's contributions.
This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week with full flexibility from Monday through Sunday. Starting salary is £32,000, with an opportunity to earn up to £4,000 annually in discretionary bonuses linked to key performance indicators.

- Manage operational costs effectively, drive sales, and uncover growth opportunities to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with regional managers to share best practices and support broader business initiatives.
- Implement new projects smoothly with minimal impact on customers and staff.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates a passion for excellence in customer and colleague experiences.
- Strong communicator with effective verbal and written skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing and developing teams.
- Experience as a Store Manager or Remote Manager in customer-facing environments, preferably in financial services.
- Additional languages are advantageous due to a diverse customer base but are not mandatory.
