Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Support customers with services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial product offerings.
• Maintain strict compliance with standards and ensure the store remains well presented.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to surpass goals and targets.
• Process all transactions accurately and securely.
• Use additional language skills if applicable to serve a diverse clientele, though this is not required.

Requirements and Qualifications

No prior experience in pawnbroking is essential; however, candidates should have a genuine interest in people, integrity, and a readiness to learn. Full training and continual support will be provided to enable confidence and success in this varied role.

Working Hours and Flexibility

The position is full-time with 37.5 contracted hours per week. Flexible availability is necessary, as shifts will be scheduled between Monday and Sunday to meet business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting hourly pay is £12.75, increasing to £13.44 upon completion of training. Performance-based discretionary bonuses of up to £2,000 per year are also available. Benefits include:
